Hybrid Waterproof Jersey
I am half way between a small and a medium but usually order Medium. I ordered medium and it seems giant on me. The inner surface of the jersey is more a cold plastic/nylon material. It is a little like a waterproof rain jacket with no lining disguisef as a referee "jersey", but I would rather describe it as a waterproof layer than a soft jersey.

My FAVE of ALL
I observed this one I got recently had "Made in China", unlike the earlier one I purchased which had "Made in Pakistan". The earlier one purchased seemed to have better quality in texture and in providing warmth. Either way, this brand of hybrid cold weather waterproof jersey is still my fave of all jerseys.

It’s weather proof, not water proof, but nothing is . It’s roomy enough for layers, so bundle up and get some winter games

Waterproof insulated Referee Shirt
I purchased the yellow insulated waterproof shirt. Tested it out at a cold November northeast tournament.
Worked so well , I went and purchased the green also.
I wear size XL in Referee shirt normally.
Went to XXL SO I COULD WEAR MULTIPLE LAYERS UNDER.
