I had the cold weather referee shirt and it was great but not water proof. The new one is water proof, but I wish it was Goretex so that it would breathe better.

As advertised and worth the investment. Stay warm and dry on windy, cold, or wet weather days. Size yourself up one to be safe.

Jacket Jersey
Just to be clear, this is basically like a nylon shell jacket that looks like a referee jersey. It has no stretch to it. I'm a bit of a bigger guy, and I have no problem wearing large jerseys normally, but with this I have very little extra room before I would need to go a size up
That said, this is an indispensable jersey to have in the bag. I'm fine getting wet during a match so long as it's a decent temperature. This will keep you dry without looking as goofy as the OSI clear rain jacket.
As for just cold weather, I would feel more comfortable with just a standard jersey over normal base layers, but nothing will beat this in the rain, at least not until they release a Gore-Tex referee jersey.

The jersey fits much better than the old OSI waterproof jersey. I have not had a chance to try it in the cold wet weather yet.

Awesome Jersey
It is a great jersey. I wore it in felt like 36F weather with strong winds (20mph) and had no issues. I had only a very thin shirt under. I ordered Men's Small, and I am usually Small/Medium in Women's, so it was a little big on me with a lot of space for layering under. Hoping for more colors.

Hybrid referee jacket
Very warm and comfortable jacket. You will need to wear a shirt underneath or the inner material will stick to your skin.
