Constantly replacing Headsets
I've had this comm system for 5+ years now. Works great, far better than any other system out there, but every single year (5of5 years) I have to buy new headsets ($150), because they keep breaking despite how much care I take of them, storing them, and carrying them in the proper carry case. Some headsets from Yapalong don't even last 3 months like the one I am replacing right now. None have ever lasted more than 15 months before breaking. I've spent 1\3rd of the total cost of 4 units ($1,300), on just replacing the headsets each year. Great system, but be prepared to continually spend each year for this.

Easy On Your Ears
This head set fits perfect on the ears and so comfortable. Also sound + voice quality is clear and good.
Most of all for a Referee it stays put and no need to worry about will it fall off.
